At Coastal Community Care, we are committed to serve with care and integrity. By creating an environment that promotes choice, dignity, mutual respect, and happiness, we encourage and support everyone in our care to pursue the highest level of independence attainable.

Our focus is to create an environment where quality of life for individuals living with autism or intellectual disabilities is paramount. Our philosophy includes:

Creating a community that welcomes people with disabilities and supports all differences

Encouraging residents’ ability to govern their lives independently with dignity and respect

Fostering social growth and natural supports as well as community inclusion

Validating individual talents and interests in goal-directed manner

Supporting individuals to achieve optimum potential and state of health and well-being

Celebrating successes which are necessary for self-fulfillment
