Who We Are

Coastal Community Care LLC provides residential services to adults in Maine. Our Section 21
Waiver homes provide 24/7 staff support to adults with intellectual and developmental
disabilities. All homes are in Androscoggin County and house 2 residents each.

MISSION STATEMENT AND PHILOSOPHY FOR SERVICE

At Coastal Community Care, we are committed to serve with care and integrity. By creating an environment that promotes choice, dignity, mutual respect, and happiness, we encourage and support everyone in our care to pursue the highest level of independence attainable.

Our focus is to create an environment where the quality of life for individuals living with Autism or intellectual disabilities is paramount. Our philosophy includes:

Creating a community that welcomes people with Autism or intellectual disabilities through our unique program.

Encouraging our residents’ ability to govern their own lives independently with dignity and respect.

Fostering social growth by encouraging individual talents and interests.

Validating individual interests in a goal-directed manner.

Aiming to offer person centered -support that enables the people we serve to achieve their optimum potential, state of health and well-being.

Celebrating successes, regardless of how small, which are necessary for well-being and fulfillment
